Savoury Pancake Fillings:

- Scrambled tofu and sweetcorn
- Scrambled tofu, leeks and smoked salmon

- Rice syrup and lemon juice (just like the traditional sugar and lemon but a healthier version without bringing hyperactivity to your kids!)
